Hello! I didn't realise but I've just passed my one year mark!!! My blog was officially started on the 2nd of September 2012 (I have deleted a few of the first posts as I didn't know where I wanted to take the blog and they were just a bit irrelevant and not well thought out) which was one year ago on Monday.
The tale of events that led to my blog goes like this: I used to watch Alfie (PointlessBlog) and Marcus (MarcusButlerTv) on YouTube a little more than a year ago, then all of a sudden Alfie did a collab video with Zoe (Zoella280390) called 'Zoella Does My Makeup' and I was fascinated with what she did so I subscribed to her channel and watched all her videos. Then I found out that she started out with a blog and so I clicked on over to it and absolutely loved reading it and quickly decided to make my own! I just looked up when the video with Zoe and Alfie was posted and it was on the 2nd of September too which means I did all this in one day! It's cute to think that that was the start of Zalfie and that they're now together one year on.
I've loved blogging, it's a lovely community and I've loved the freedom of being able to talk about what I want to talk about and discuss it with other people. I know that to many I have barely any subscribers but to me it's a lot because I started off not thinking anyone would read my blog at all and spent weeks with about 3 subscribers but I just continued do it because I loved it. It feels great to know that people actually read what I write and take the time to comment on my posts, it means a lot! :)
I haven't been the most reliable blogger in the past but I'm trying to work on a schedule which will work around when I'm at college so that I can post on my blog on certain days of the week and post a video or two on YouTube as well so that you guys will know when to expect my posts :). There's good things coming your way!!!
Thanks to every one of my followers and anyone else who reads this because who knows whether I would have carried on (the blog, not my life!!!) without you!
Until next time,
